Weekly Mentoring Sessions*
*Participants are strongly encouraged to meet with their mentor for coaching at least two times before the contest date. The venue is available from 6-8pm each Tuesday, though it is not expected that mentoring sessions last the full two-hours.

Three areas we need your help:
- SPREAD THE WORD: If you have a contact at a local High School or organization that you can send the attachments to, feel free to do so; then let me know you did so we can keep track of all of the contacts we've made along the way. The more the word is spread, the merrier! Also, watch for any club social media announcement posts, and plan to share with your network.
- JUDGES: Jean Hall will be heading up our judges, and I suspect we will need at least 1-2 to raise their hand to participate. If you're willing, let Jean know.
- MENTORS: Ideally we would have an equal number of mentors and students so that no one has to work with more than one student ("many hands make light work"). Our goal is 8-10 students. This year, we are strongly encouraging (aka, lightly requiring) the students to take part in a minimum of two meetings with a mentor before the contest.
