The guest speakers at the Wichita Falls North Rotary Club on February 7th were George Getschow and Kathy Floyd of the Larry McMurtry Literary Center in Archer City

Wichita Falls North Rotary Club was happy to present them with a check for $1500.00 to aid them with getting started. The Larry McMurtry Literary Center is an exciting non-profit organization dedicated in honor of world-renowned author Larry McMurtry who wrote such popular novels as Lonesome Dove. The vision of the center is to be a premier institution dedicated to preserving and promoting the legacy of Larry McMurtry, one of America's most celebrated authors. We are proud to sponsor their March 7th and March 8th pre-opening of the center.
