Every year Wichita Falls North Rotary gives dictionaries to the 3rd Graders at Scotland Park ES. These dictionaries are theirs to keep hopefully through their college years. Teachers tell us that for 3rd grade students these dictionaries are the most effctive tool possible for learning how to read and write. And, the children enjoy having their very own dictionary.
